At Center for TEAM Healthcare, it is our mission to offer affordable whole-body healthcare to every person that passes through our doors. We strive to help our patients achieve an active healthy life, free from debilitating aches and pains. Our entire TEAM continually works to educate friends, family and community members on ways in which to incorporate healthy habits and activities into their current lifestyles – and we aim to lead by example.

Location & Parking

Our offices are located at 1260 Iron Horse Drive Suite B, in beautiful Park City Utah. We have patient parking conveniently accessible in both the front and back of the building. However, we do ask that patients enter through the front of the building, unless otherwise physically unable.

We accept most major insurance. Please do not hesitate to call and speak with one of our TEAM members should you have any insurance, billing or other inquiries.
